Getting Dressed..

Last night Bella and I were working on getting her pajamas on. As of lately Bella has the strong urge to do everything by herself. We try to allow her the time to figure those things out on her own. Last night she REALLY wanted to get her pajamas on alone...After about 15 minutes of patiently waiting I decided to leave the room for a bit and get some packing done. When I returned Bella had succeeded in getting MY socks on...and she used her pajamas as a neck scarf. She then decided she was not ready for bed but ready to go out on the town. She headed for the door.

Today Bella woke up bright and early and we made Grandma Gilley a card for her 80th Birthday.

Preparing for April Showers...

Bella loves umbrellas and adores her second-hand rubber boots....the problem is that it is STILL SNOWING! We are ready for the spring. We found out today that we will be moving out by April 15th. I have found a new flat near the park which I thing we will take.

Friends and first steps

Since Bella started feeling better I am constantly being reminded of how cheerful and easy going she is. We spent a lot of time searching for a flat this week and are waiting to hear from the owner as to whether or not we can move.

Bella had a great time with her friend Helena. It is uncanny how similar they behave and look. They enjoyed reading books together on Tuesday in a cafe down the street. Bella also has taken her first steps....we actual we lucky enough to catch it on film.
